Name of the Police Certificate: Good Conduct Certificate

If you live in Kuwait

You must apply in person or ask a representative in Kuwait, with a power of attorney, to apply on your behalf and bring:

  1. The letter from the Embassy requesting the Good Conduct Certificate.
  2. One photograph (4×6 cm).
  3. Copies of your passport and ID card.

If you live outside of Kuwait

You can: Return to Kuwait and apply in person or ask a representative in Kuwait, with a power of attorney, to apply on your behalf or apply at your nearest Kuwaiti Embassy or consulate.
You or your representative need to bring:

  1. A letter from an embassy requesting the Good Conduct Certificate.
  2. Copies of your passport and ID card.
  3. Two photographs (4 × 6 cm).
  4. Applicable fees.
