Apply in person or through a lawyer with power of attorney at one of the Police Stations listed in Special notes and considerations. A completed application form may be mailed to the Belizean Police Department.
If you live outside of Belize
Apply in person or through a lawyer with power of attorney at one of the Police Stations listed in Special notes and considerations. Completed application form may be mailed to the Belizean Police Department.

Three passport-size photographs
Applicable fees
An identification document (birth certificate, Social Security card or voter’s identity card)
Foreign residents must also indicate their parents’ names and present their original passport
