Name of the Police Certificate: Teudat Meida Plili – Criminal Information Certificate
If you live in Israel
You can apply for a police certificate at your nearest police station or online on the Israeli Police website (available only in Hebrew). If you apply through a designated representative, they must submit a specific power of attorney for this purpose, which does not need to be notarized.
The police certificate will be sent directly to the Embassy of Canada in Tel Aviv.
If you live in Jerusalem (East or West) or in the Golan Heights, you should apply for an Israeli police certificate.
If you live outside of Israel
You can apply for a police certificate at your nearest Israeli embassy or consulate, or online on the Israeli Police website.
The police will send the certificate directly to the Israeli embassy or consulate and you would need to pick it up from there.
