If you live in Iran

You can apply in person at a police center or online via the Sana System. This webpage does not work outside of Iran.

If you live outside of Iran

Apply at your nearest Iranian embassy.

If you are an Iranian living in Canada visit this page alternative to applying for a certificate of no criminal record (available in Persian only).

You would need two sets of fingerprints. You can visit Worldwide Forensic Services Inc. to get fingerprints taken on a standard fingerprint form accepted by the Iran authorities.
