    How will I receive my police clearance report from the RCMP?

    The RCMP will send a certified criminal record check (hard copy) directly to you via regular Canada Post mail (non-trackable). If you complete and sign a third-party consent form, the RCMP can also send the certified criminal record check to a designated third party.

    You’re welcome to walk in with two pieces of valid identification. We are an RCMP-accredited and certified agency authorized to capture and transmit fingerprints for civil purposes. Fingerprints are taken using live-scan technology and transmitted securely to the RCMP within minutes.

    There is no difference in the service. We act as an authorized agent of the police. The clearance letter is issued directly by the police on official letterhead. Our role is to facilitate the process, helping you obtain the clearance more quickly and efficiently.

    Yes the Citizenship and Immigration Canada accept only fingerprints based police clearance (also known as “certified criminal record check”, “criminal records check”, “criminal background check”, “certificate of good conduct”, “PCC” etc.)
